3. It goes without saying that if you don’t burn more calories than you are taking in, you will not lose weight. But in order to do that, you will have to be realistic about what you are eating. So keeping a food diary of everything you eat for a week, which will give you a good idea of just how many calories you need to burn, is one of the most important weight loss tips.
No matter what the diet product companies would like you to believe, there is still no magic pill that will transform your body overnight. But by eating better, smarter, and moving a little more, you will start to lose weight at a healthy pace.
